SHORT TERM RENTALS: (Mimimum stay 3 Days)
Deposit of one night required. Deposit is not refundable if cancelled with 3 days of arrival in summer and 5 days in winter. 50% refunded if cancelled within 14 days of arrival, 90% refunded if cancelled 15 days or more.
20% Discount for Caricom Resdents on short term
LONG TERM RENTALS: (Minimum stay two months or more)
First month to be paid on booking. Long term rates are per month, exclusive of utilities i.e. Cable television, Telephone, Water and Electricity.
